Sky Creation Card is not a credit, cash or debit card.
The Sky Creation Card shall remain the property of Sky Creation Design Pte Ltd.
Sky Creation Card is issued to Sky Creation customers and is non-transferable.
Sky Points cannot be combined and transferred to other Sky Creation Members.
Sky Creation Card is only valid for use at Sky Creation Design Pte Ltd and participating merchants.
Sky Creation will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft or unauthorized use of this Sky Creation Card.
Sky Creation Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their Sky Creation Cards. Sky Points will not be credited back to Member in the event of lost/theft. Sky Creation Card can be re-issued upon paying an adminis-trative fee of $5 at No.8, Kim Keat Lane,Singapore 328865. Sky Creation showroom.
Sky Points will be reflected online after 3 working days.
Sky Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used for credit installment payment.
The usage of this card is governed by and constitutes the acceptance of Terms and Conditions set by Sky Creation Design Pte Ltd.
Sky Creation Design Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
